Cuchito :)

Dear all, this time I want to introduce you Cuchito. In the winter on 2010, I was feeling very sad, I had a big heartache, I was very depressed, but one day, a very close friend in that time, arrived to my home with a little shoe box. I had no idea what it was, till I hear a sound; “meow” and then again; “meow” and there was he.  When Cuchito arrived, he was just a month and was one of the cutest things I have ever seen in my life.  I am so grateful that he arrived to my life because, I do not why, but he was like a support to me, he always made me laugh and he was so obedient, cute, and adorable, he has everything. I liked to be at home and invite friend so they can meet him, Cuchito always was the life of the party, I can say I miss to party with Cuchito haha.

I still remember when I took this picture. It was a cold morning, I did not want to get up and I was boring, so I started to take him pictures, and this one was the one I liked the most.

Sailing on gondolas

If there is a country that I would like to go to, it is Italy, particularly Venice. I found it so lovely, its canals, its houses, its squares, almost everything!.The architecture is gorgeous. Venice has beautiful big buildings and cute little bridges. I like it because it has no cars, that means, no smog, no bothering noises,no honking, no nothing! What I do not like is the smell. Peolpe say that it does not smell very well, that it stinks actually. People also say that it is very expensive and I do not like that either.
I do no tknow so much about it, apart of the gondola riding, what it is something I would love to do. I also would like to have a walk through its small streets and its squares.
If I would have the chance to live there, I would like to have a big house and rent bedrooms for tourists, or have a coffe shop or maybe, have a gondola enterprise, like cabs company, but with gondolas. It would be fun, but slow.

Myths

Well, the mythology is not really my thing, I do not know much aboout it, but these days, my closer classmates (I will not tell you their names) have been talking a lot about the movie "The Avengers" specially about a character called Thor. That is not everything, we began to see pictures and videos and stuff and I started  to get very interested in that guy, I mean the character, obviously.
Anyway, I have been looking on internet some info about Thor, and well, I know and I think that everybody knows that he is the God of the thunder, he comes from the Nordic and Germanic mythology and he uses a hammer. I also read that when Christianity was invading (because that is what they were doing, invading) Thor was "demonized", I mean, to the christian people, Thor was some kind of demon to them, How ridiculous is that? But it does not matter because Thor still alive in the Germanic folklore.
I found more info but, it is too much, I will not write more about it.
Chris Hemsworth as Thor in The Avengers (2012)I will leave you a photograph of the guy of The Avengers" and another of an illustration of Thor, you decide which did you liked the most ;)

Voivod!!

Last year, in March, my boyfriend (BF) had to work for a gig in Teatro Caupolican and he was very exited because his favourite band, Voivod, was coming to town, so he took me with him, to share that special moment. I wasn't really keen on going, I have heard the band before and I liked it, but I wasn't a real fan. Anyway, I had to go anyway to work as a translator there.
I remember that the band arrived one day before the gig and BF had to go to pick them up at the airport. When he came back home, he took me to meet the guys of the band on a bar. I had to run  because BF didn't want to waste any moment with them. When I arrived there were the guys; Snake, Dan, Blacky, Away and Kaz, who was the manager. There was also another friend of BF, Igor. I met the guys, and they were really cool.
The next day, I went with BF to Teatro Caupolican and we spent more time with the guys, while they were checking sound and stuff like that. At night, when Voivod was about to play, I went with the public and saw the guys from there. I had good time. I guess that I am a fan now hahaha. When the show was over, we went to a bar with the guys and people from other bands who also played that night. We were talking and drinking and smoking and laughing. We really had a great time with the guys.
The day after that, they went to Antofagasta to play, but BF and I stayed here because we went to see Journey at Movistar Arena. It was a fantastic weekend actually.
On Sunday, Voivod arrived, and we went to leave the guys at the airport, we share a little bit and we said goodbye to each other, then we left. It was so sad because we started a nice friendship.
